Return Policy

Thank you for choosing our breeding program for your pet acquisition. We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their new companions. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a return or exchange is necessary. Please review our breeder’s return policy outlined below:

1. Health Guarantee:
a. All our puppies are provided with appropriate veterinary care, including vaccinations and regular health check-ups.
b. If, within thirty days of purchase, your newly acquired pet is found to have a significant health issue that was present at the time of sale, we will offer a replacement puppy or a full refund upon the return of the original puppy. A written diagnosis from a licensed veterinarian is required for verification.

2. Returns Due to Incompatibility:
a. We understand that sometimes compatibility issues may arise between the pet and the new owner or their existing pets.
b. If, within fourteen days of purchase, you determine that a puppy purchased from us is not suitable for your home environment or incompatible with your existing pets, we will accept a return.
c. In such cases, the puppy must be returned to us in good health and in the same condition as when it was sold.
d. A restocking fee will be applied to cover the costs associated with the care, evaluation, and rehoming of the returned puppy.

3. Returns Due to Personal Reasons:
a. If you wish to return a puppy for personal reasons unrelated to health or compatibility issues, we may consider accepting the return on a case-by-case basis.
b. A restocking fee will be applied, and the puppy must be returned to us in good health and in the same condition as when it was sold.

4. Return Process:
a. Before returning a puppy, please contact us to discuss the reason for the return and obtain further instructions.
b. All transportation costs for returning the puppy will be the responsibility of the customer.
c. Upon receipt of the returned puppy, we will evaluate its condition to ensure it meets the return policy criteria.
d. Refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after the evaluation.
